Which of the 16 Personalities are you?

Sometimes people go through their entire lives “sleepwalking” before they come across a new piece of information that truly awakens them. The 16 Personalities Test could possibly be what brings you to life and is currently the most prominent source utilising the methods of Myers-Briggs.

“But Raff? Who are these randoms, Myers & Briggs?”

Prominent Swiss Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst Carl Jung heavily influenced the work of mother-daughter-budding-psychologist-combo, Isabel Myers and Katherine Briggs.

This resulted in their creation of the Myers-Briggs test, which is a questionnaire that leads to a better understanding of your own personality type.

If you have a lot of resistance in your life and you feel like you’re not in the right space, this can be a huge step in a positive direction.

Working out your personality type is like discovering a golden path that leads you out of the treacherous woods of uncertainty. CEOs/Entrepreneurs/Prominent Figures know that the key to growth is understanding your mind and more importantly - the minds of others.

If you’re a Campaigner personality type like myself, you may find it very challenging (almost unbearable) in a data collection job with no human interaction. However, a Logistician personality type will thrive in that environment.

When you translate this to your own working life as a boss or a participant, this will also help you more accurately determine strengths and weaknesses. A task that would take you days could take someone else 15 minutes for a small fee.

Give it an honest go, shock yourself, hone in on your strengths and let us know what your type is in the comments. You owe it to yourself to find out where you sit in the big 16.
